Traeth Teg is your holiday home from home... This comfortable self-catering home will sleep six although an additional small child / baby can be accommodated if you let us know when booking so that we can provide cot / babyminder. All floors are independently heated by a gas fire in the front room, incorporating central heating and hot water boiler.
We want you to be safe and therefore all gas appliances are inspected annually by British Gas and safety certificates are issued. Fire extinguishers and blankets are installed on each floor which are inspected annually and a fire certificate is issued. Fire alarms are installed throughout the house.
We also hope you enjoy a relaxed and happy holiday, so we supply all bedlinen (sheets / duvet covers), together with a ticket for the Aberdyfi (Aberdovey) car parks.
GROUND FLOOR
Kitchen / Dining Room with bay window so that you can sit round the table overlooking the estuary and harbour. The kitchen area has units, electric hob and oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, and fridge / freezer, leading off is a store-room with washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Bedroom 1 at rear has fitted wardrobe, dressing table, double bed, armchair and en-suite Bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet
FIRST FLOOR
Spacious lounge for relaxing with French doors and a small balcony overlooking the estuary and harbour with comfortable seating for six and colour television.
Bedroom 2 at rear with walk in fitted wardrobe, dressing table, two single beds and en-suite Bathroom with bath, washbasin and toilet.
SECOND FLOOR
Spacious lounge for relaxing again with estuary and harbour views and comfortable seating for six and colour television. For your convenience there is a built-in teabar, including sink, kettle and china for early morning teas.
Bedroom 3 at rear with fitted wardrobe, two single beds and en-suite Bathroom with shower over bath, washbasin and toilet.
